RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Following receipt of your items you have 14 days to return an item for a full refund or exchange, so long as the item is in perfect condition. Worn or washed items will not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances. Please email info@bwre.com prior to returning your item detailing your order number and item(s) to be returned or exchanged along with details of any items requested as replacements. Customers are responsible for covering postage charges when returning items. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for loss in value.
Please obtain a proof of postage receipt from the post office when returning items as we are not responsible for items that fail to arrive to us.
BESPOKE or personalised orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
